Terms & Conditions and Right of Withdrawal
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of SKnet s.r.o., Bojnicka 10, 83104 Bratislava, Slovakia, VAT ID: SK2022095438 (hereinafter the "Seller").
2. Conclusion of contract
By submitting the order, the buyer makes a binding offer. The Seller accepts the offer by confirming it by e-mail.
3. Prices & shipping
- All prices are in euros including 20% VAT.
- Shipping by Hermes (parcel size M) per parcel: Austria €6.60 · Germany €16.10 · other delivery countries €18.30
- Delivery countries: Austria, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus
- Each parcel holds up to 10 individual flowers or 2 arrangements; larger orders are split into several parcels, and shipping costs are charged per parcel (max. 10 items per order)
- Free shipping for orders of €59 or more to all delivery countries
- Delivery time: 3–5 working days in Austria and Germany, other countries depending on Hermes transit times
4. Payment
Payment is processed by the payment service provider Mollie B.V. The following methods are available: credit card (Visa/Mastercard), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made.
6. Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. via the contact form).
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights under Austrian law apply (ABGB, KSchG).
8. Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Seller.
